Referral program terms

• You must have a Safe Belongings account in good standing.
• You may share your referral link with people you know personally. Do not post it to public paid-referral sites, coupon aggregators, or spam networks.
• The referred person must be new to Safe Belongings and sign up using your link or code before creating their account.
• Self-referrals and second accounts are not eligible.

• A referral becomes "qualified" when the referred person subscribes to any paid Safe Belongings plan and their first payment clears.
• Once qualified, one month of your current plan is queued as a credit for your next Safe Belongings invoice.
• The referred person receives the same benefit on their side, applied automatically to their next invoice.
• There is no limit on the number of friends you can refer. Each qualifying subscription earns one month of credit.

• Credits are applied to your next Paddle-issued invoice after the referred subscription clears its first paid period, typically within 14 days.
• Credit value equals one month of your current plan at the price you are billed. Currency: AUD.
• Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, or applied to past invoices.

Safe Belongings monitors referral activity for abuse. The following behaviour will void a referral and, in serious cases, close the accounts involved:

• Creating a second account to refer yourself.
• Using stolen payment methods, disposable email domains, or anonymising services to sign up.
• Coordinated sign-ups from a single household or network purely to earn credit, without genuine use of the product.
• Posting referral links or codes on public reward-farming, coupon, or affiliate sites.
• Rate-abuse of the referral landing pages or automated visits.

Safe Belongings may pause credits during review, void any credit granted in error, and reverse credits already applied to invoices where fraud is confirmed.

Safe Belongings may change or end this program at any time, with reasonable notice on this page. Credits already earned and confirmed will still be honoured.
